Settlement of Mashhadi ʻAli Akbar son of the late Muhammad Karim, Husayn ʻAli, Asad Allah, and Sakinah Khanum, children of the late ʻAli Muhammad Muhammad Karim, with Sayyid Murtaza Rawzah Khvan [the preacher], son of Sayyid Muhammad Taqi known as Aqa Sayyid Mirza Muʻallim [the teacher], exchanging an old building with an area of approximately one acre in the Shaykh Yusuf Banna’ neighborhood for twenty-two tumans.

Explanation: Mulla Baqir's wealth had been transferred to Barat ‘Ali, while the late Baygum Khanum's had been transferred to both Barat ‘Ali and Karbalayi Hasan. They both sold their shares before this settlement took place.
